Join in this free family event to celebrate the beauty of the winter season through luminaries, music, a lighted winter walk and other activities. Make and bring your own luminary or attend and enjoy live music, spoken word, and the beauty of the lights against our wonderful Skagit Skies against the backdrop of the Skagit River.
