North Sound Voices Film Festival

On July 26, be one of the first to see locally made documentary-style short films about the incredible work being done in our region. At this event, we will showcase Storypole, a Children of the Setting Suns production about Coast Salish artist Jason LaClair's process in carving a storypole, and his work in community; Mi Barrio, about Alex Sanchez's journey of healing and redemption; Love Me to Life, A look into the wind and wings of people of color through storytelling; and Pa’l Corazon, For the Heart, about the needs of all communities when it comes to culturally-appropriate, nutritious food and a thriving food system.
