Whether you’re feeling out of shape from too much time in front of your Zoom screen or you just can’t seem to find your focus, regular movement can be beneficial to both your physical or mental health. Join a trainer from Skagit Valley Family YMCA each Tuesday from 12-12:30 p.m. to move your body and clear your mind. This program is exclusive to Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce members.
