Hi! I’m Mela Moon, Skagit Valley’s fairy face painter, window painter, and creator of whimsical Paint-a-Cake Tea Parties.
As a professional face painter, I bring colorful designs, glitter, gems, and immersive fairy experiences to birthday parties, festivals, schools, weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations throughout Skagit County and beyond.
