About Us

Way Maker Personal Care Transportation provides non emergency medical transportation with wheelchair accessible and ambulatory services. All transportation is provided by a Washington State licensed caregiver who is certified in CPR and First Aid. We offer door through door support with a focus on comfort, safety, and dignity from the moment we arrive until the client is safely home again. Our service includes personalized assistance that helps each person feel respected and valued throughout their entire experience.

We are more than transportation. As a licensed caregiver, we can remain with clients during medical or dental appointments, procedures, treatments, therapy visits, family gatherings, community events, or personal outings. We provide advocacy, documentation, and communication to family members when appropriate. Our caregiver can help with check in, scheduling, stand by assistance, restroom support, and general guidance throughout the appointment or outing. We assist with errands, shopping, and other needs that help clients maintain independence and peace of mind.
