10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Plant Walk
Following the introduction, we will embark on a guided plant walk where you will discover and learn to identify various winter plant species and their ethnobotanical applications.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Cottonwood Bud Salve
In this session, our experienced instructors will guide you through the process of harvesting cottonwood buds sustainably and transforming them into a healing salve. You will have the opportunity to create your own unique cottonwood bud salve to take home.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Cherry Bark Syrup
Discover the potential of cherry bark as a natural remedy for respiratory issues. In this session, you will learn the techniques to extract its healing properties and create a flavorful cherry bark syrup that can benefit you and your loved ones.
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Functional Mushroom Cocoa
