At RET Physical Therapy and Healthcare Specialists in Mt. Vernon our mission is simple: to provide the highest quality care for the benefit of our patients in a pleasant and professional environment. We believe that the physical therapist’s role is one of a facilitator, providing guidance and education to patients and allowing them to take an active role in their own healthcare. Our ultimate goal is for our patients to achieve and maintain an optimal level of function so they can return to their desired activity level and “get back on their paths.”

We now offer three convenient locations to serve our patients in Skagit County including Mt. Vernon, Burlington, and Sedro-Woolley and our Whatcom County location centrally located in Bellingham.
